What we do
The Brown University Mediation Project (BUMP) works to promote the practice of peaceful conflict resolution on College Hill. To achieve this, we provide mediation, conflict coaching, and educational workshops to members of the Brown community. BUMP provides a training for students, faculty, and staff volunteers to be qualified mediators, practiced in facilitating conversations between disputing parties and constructively resolving conflict.
Feel free to stop by our weekly meetings Wednesdays 9-10pm in Faunce 225 to learn more about the group, or stop by our open hours Mondays and Thursdays from 4-6pm in Wilson 109A.
