Health Services Brown University Health Services offers a variety of medical services to students. An annual health services fee is charged to all students to cover the cost of providing care at Health Services. However, this fee does not include health insurance. Health Insurance If you do not have your own independent health insurance, then you must enroll in Brown University 's Student Health Insurance Plan.
