Hope everyone is ready for the testing this weekend! The Black Belt Testing will start at 9:00 am in Alumnae hall. Everyone is encouraged to attend to cheer on the black belts. The Belt ceremony will begin at 2:00. Please remember to wear full dobok to both the Black Belt test and the Belt ceremony. 

The banquet starts at 6:00 PM also in Alumnae hall, and the dress code is semi-formal.

Congratulations to everyone who competed at RPI, in Brown’s first appearance at the tournament. Even though we only sent a small contingent of the club (7 members), we still did quite well, placing third overall in our division! Here are the results:

Medals:

Jake Shields, Michael Thiesmeyer — Black Belt 3rd place (Sparring)

Geoffrey Trousdale — Blue Belt 1st place (Pumse)
