The Brown LGBTQ Resource Center provides a comprehensive range of education, information and advocacy services and works to create and maintain an open, safe and inclusive environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning students, faculty, and staff, their families and friends, and the campus community at large.
Brown Health Services
Brown Health Services provides medical care to the Brown University Community, and its website includes hours, services, as well as health and wellness information on many topics.

The GLMA's mission is to ensure equality in health care for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals and health care providers.
AMSA Gender and Sexuality Committee
The mission of the Committee on Gender and Sexuality is to establish AMSA as a national leader on issues affecting the health of women and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) community and support initiatives to improve policy at the institutional, local, state, and federal levels.

Lifelines Rhode Island
Founded in October, 2006, Lifelines Rhode Island is the only statewide, multi-service nonprofit organization focused on meeting the needs of transgender, transsexual, Two Spirit, gender variant, and intersex (TGI) people in Rhode Island and surrounding regions. Marriage Equality Rhode Island
Marriage Equality Rhode Island (MERI) is a grassroots movement that seeks legal recognition of same-sex couples through civil marriage in Rhode Island. MERI believes that a civil society guarantees to all of its citizens certain civil rights; civil marriage is one of these fundamental rights. Each and every adult in Rhode Island - regardless of socioeconomic status, race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation - deserves the opportunity to attain the legal protections and safeguards gained through civil marriage.
