Winter ’09 Arias Concert
On Saturday, February 7th, in Grant Recital Hall Brown Opera Productions presented our Winter Arias Concert, an evening of arias sung and accompanied by students active in Brown’s classical music community. Selections ranged from the masterpieces of Mozart and Gounod to experimental work by John Cage. “For People do not sing when they are feeling sensible.” – W. H. Auden.
