The first fools contacted wuz James Malerba, Jayme Goldstein, 'n Pete Cohen, know what I'm sayin'? Debow treated 'em 'n Stern dinner at Andino's, a restaurant on Providence's Federal Hill n' shit. Several meetings wuz held around campus find interested fools." In due time, a group of Founding Fathers wuz formed." They wuz Noah Brown, Peter L. Cohen, Daniel Eisenberg, Gary Fishman, Alexander Gozman, Joel Grossman, Andrew Kalinsky, Jonathan Lee, James Malerba, Joshua Mandel, Seth Orkand, Jared Stern, 'n David Stoloff n' shit.
The Founding Fathers wuz initiated on March 2, 1996, by da Mu Tau Chapter at da Massachusetts Institute of Technology ." Momentum kept up throughout da year, 'n da new colony quickly picked up its Alpha Pledge Class, Joshua Reader 'n Franklin Yates, know what I'm sayin'?
In da fall of 1996, Alpha Epsilon Pi returned begin its first full year at Brown University." A major push wuz made fo' University Recognition, which wuz got at da end of da first semester, know what I'm sayin'? A Beta Pledge Class, Joshua Markowitz 'n Benjamin Mikesh, wuz added da chapter roll in early second semester, 'n da chapter began its first rush wit da rest of Brown's Greek System , know what I'm sayin'? The Gamma Pledge Class wuz inducted, consisting of Boris Abramov, Steven Cohn, Daniel Epstein, Samuel Ginsberg, Jayme Goldstein, Richard Horn, Joshua Lawrence, Eric Lebovitz, Andrew Mirsky, Jason Plansky, Michael Rubin, Adam Schupack, 'n Jared Weiss n' shit. These new brothers wuz initiated on May 3, 1997.
On March 9, 1997, Beta Rho "came of age", receiving its charter from da Alpha Epsilon Pi International Fraternity , elevating da former colony chapter status, know what I'm sayin'? A brunch wuz held at da Providence Marriott in honor of da chartering, 'n many parents, alumni, 'n brothers from other chapters wuz in attendance n' shit. In late Semester II, 1996-97, da Brown University Residential Council recommended Alpha Epsilon Pi fo' on-campus housing, granting da fraternity a cluster in Goddard House on Wriston Quadrangle n' shit. After some time in Goddard, da fraternity wuz granted higher-level housing in Olney." In 2001, da University, in recognition of AEΠ's excellent record 'n contribution campus life, granted da fraternity its current residence in Marcy House."
We are proud call Marcy House on Wriston Quad izzle crib, know what I'm sayin'? With its plentiful singles 'n spacious doubles, 'n proximity da Main Green 'n da Ratty, izzle house is prime real estate, know what I'm sayin'? Inside, izzle comfortable lounge (boasting a 55-inch big ass screen Televizzle, pool 'n pingpong table) is used fo' various social functions n' shit. We also utilize two nearby off-campus houses when Brown's standards of community behavior prove be too lofty."
There is no stereotypical AEΠ brother 'n izzle diversity helps make a dynamic brotherhood n' shit. Our brothers hail from izzall across da country, 'n, although AEΠ is an international fraternity founded on Jewish ideals, we has brothers of various religious persuasions n' shit. Beta Rhos are active in many facets of extra-curricular 'n academic life, know what I'm sayin'?
Founded in 1995, da Beta Rho chapter of AEΠ is da youngest member of Brown's growing Greek scene n' shit. What began as a chapter of 12 Founding Fathers just seven short years ago is now a thriving community of 41 dedicated brothers 'n a staple of Brown campus life."
